Each of our departments ensures the highest level of service and our mission to transform any concept into a real product starts in the GRAPHIC DESIGN department. It is here that we create designs, the first visualisations which, during the further manufacturing processes, become the main element of the ordered product.

Our team of experienced graphic designers create and adapt our Clients’ designs for clothing production. Under their supervision the products are adjusted for the appropriate production technologies and then the promotional materials for the company are created. The graphic design department provides professional preparation for printing on fabrics with a number of available technologies, including, but not limited to, silkscreen, dye-sublimation(dye-sub), digital print, transfer from flex and flock films, laser engraving and computer embroidery.

The PRINTING HOUSE specialises in printing on fabrics with methods such as DTG, silkscreen and transfer. We have one Kornit-Digital and silkscreen carrousel printing machine which allow us to produce prints of excellent quality. This method allows to create images on almost any type of background.

For silkscreen printing we use plastisol paints and recently ecologic paints which meet special GOTS requirements. To meet our customers’ needs, we have introduced technologies that can enhance the visual effect such as raised print, print on stretchy fabric and print on sports clothes.

The transfer method involves cutting a motif from a film and then bonding it to the fabric using heat. Using our presses, we are able to create a transfer to any chosen background, such as: cotton bags, sports bags, backpacks, pouches, caps, jackets, vests, sportswear, notebook covers to name but a few.
